Online Coaching

These plans are designed to make the process as simple as possible, everything is managed online from the pre-assessment forms and initial consultation to managing the meal plans. Ideal for anyone with a busy lifestyle and find it easier to manage their nutrition plans online during their own time.

There are several options available within the online coaching section. These options range from basic BMR and Macronutrient calculations to three-month meal plans with included meal prep courses.

You will have full support for the duration of your plans. If you are on a 1-month plan, you will have personal support for the duration of that month. If you have chosen a three-month plan, you will receive personal support for the duration of those three months.

BMR Assessment     £65.00

For anyone who wants to know their Basal Metabolic Rate including physical activity levels and Macronutrient splits (how many calories you should be consuming on a daily basis including your Carbohydrate, Protein and Fat intake based on your training plan and goals) then this is the base package you need.

You will fill in a pre-assessment form that will cover many aspects of your life. These will include things like training schedules, goals, dietary requirements. We will then have a phone call or Skype-based 60-minute consultation, to discuss in specific detail the information on your form. During this consultation, you will be advised on best practices, dietary advice and the results from your BMR. A recipe book will be sent to you as well as a personalised nutrition plan specifically based on your pre-assessment and consultation. Please note that no meal plan is included in this package, this is purely a BMR and Macronutrient assessment.

90-minute consultation     £95.00

This 90-minute consultation is perfect for anyone with a general knowledge or a basic understanding of nutrition. If you already are doing some form of training, but need help with a nutrition plan which is specific for your needs, then this is for you.

As with all of our plans, you will fill in a pre-assessment form. This will cover many aspects of your life, training goals, dietary requirements as well as many other points. We will then have a 90-minute consultation via phone or Skype, to discuss in detail the information on your form. During this consultation, you will be advised on best lifestyle practices, dietary advice specific to you and your training goals. We will also discuss energy intake and output, macronutrient and what the best focus for you and your goals are.

You will be sent a 1-month meal plan based on your energy requirements, which will be addressed during the consultation. A recipe book will be sent to you giving you an understanding of how to put together a healthier meal. Along with this book, a personalised nutrition plan specifically based on your pre-assessment and consultation. There are no follow up appointments with this package. You can book these via an individual follow up appointment.

Follow up appointment     £45.00

Each follow up appointment consists of a 45-minute meeting via Skype or phone call. Used for existing clients that feel the need to discuss current nutrition plans. This can be useful for anyone that has recently changed their training regime. You may wish to discuss any potential differences in energy intake, macronutrients etc.

3-month online meal plan     £195.00

This plan includes a 90-minute consultation and two 45 minute follow up appointments.

You will fill in a pre-assessment form prior to the consultation. This will cover many aspects of your life, training goals, dietary requirements as well as many other points. We will then have a 90-minute consultation via phone or Skype, to discuss in detail the information on your form. During this consultation, you will be advised on best lifestyle practices, dietary advice specific to you and your training goals. We will also discuss energy intake and output, macronutrient and what the best focus for you and your goals are.

You will be sent the first months month meal plan based on your energy requirements, which will be addressed during the consultation. After your first month, you will have your first follow-up appointment. We will discuss how you found the first month along with the second month’s meal plan. After your second month, you will receive your third month’s meal plan. You can have your second follow up appointment at this point or have it at the end of your third month. All the way through the process you will have full online support throughout. So any questions you may have or help that may be needed can be given at any point. We will monitor your progress weekly and adjustments can be made to your nutrition plan if needed.

A recipe book will be sent to you giving you an understanding of how to put together a healthier meal. Along with this book, a personalised nutrition plan specifically based on your pre-assessment and consultation will be sent.
